‘Back to Life’ Therapy
An 8-week therapy programme designed to help patients manage chronic back pain. This therapy is a stepping-stone to return to normal activity including return to work. We have a special interest in back pain and we treat it by giving electrotherapy, exercise therapy, stretching, education and core stability training. The therapy aim to strengthen all main muscles helping to improve posture, increase activity and increase the patient’s confidence in day to-day activities.
